Chris Rock

Comedian/Actor/Director Mentored by comedic superstar Eddie Murphy, Chris Rock started as a standup comedian butevolved into an actor, screenwriter, television producer and director. From 1990 to 1993, Rock was part of the Saturday Night Live cast and later redefined his career with his race riffing 1996 standup special, Bring The Pain. A slew of killer HBO comedy specials including Bigger and Blacker and Never Scared soon followed. Rock’s film roles include Nurse Betty, Down to Earth and I Think I Love My Wife. He served as executive producer and narrator of the TV sitcom, Everybody Hates Chris, based on his childhood; and in 2009 he produced the documentary Good Hair.
